My quick answer to this question:

Dude, here’s a secret… You can get laid off of anything that involves communication. If you can talk to someone, you can get laid.

Now, craigslist specifically, there’s some fake profiles, there’s some escorts offering services, there’s some personal ads. Just like with everything, it’ll be  numbers game.

You can’t get laid with every woman you see on the street, and you can’t get laid with every listing on craigslist, so just focus on seeing whom you like, write in, see what they’re about , and then do things as ussual. Just like in the real world.
